Engr. Ataur has been serving as Chairman at Filament. He is responsible for Muspana’s Business Development, Planning, Negotiation, Sales Coordination & Monitoring etc. and for discharging entire responsibility of operational management to achieve the vision of the company.
Engr. Ataur did his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and did MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka. He had completed his HSC from Cumilla Victoria College and SSC from Bhagaban Govt. School in Brahmanpara, Cumilla.
Engr. Ataur has more than 22 years’ experience in diversified areas like Engineering, Trading, Sales & Marketing, QC and After Sales Supports Operations. Through his career, he has leaded several new process and business start-ups introducing improved and innovative products and service to the market. Before starting his journey in the business industry, Ataur was working with Singer Bangladesh Limited, Techno Worth Associates Limited & Olympus Singapore Pte Ltd. in various capacities.

Mr. Atiq has been serving as Managing Director at Muspana. His solid enthusiasm for doing things splashes people with inspiration to work with him. His clear vision motivates people to work investing their best effort to reach the vision.
Mr. Atiq loves to take challenges often and determined to do something extraordinary in the technology field of Bangladesh. He has already developed a number of innovative products in the field of power, energy, electrical & electronic engineering. He is now doing some extraordinary projects which are very new in Bangladesh.
He did his B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). He completed his HSC from Notre Dame College, Dhaka and SSC from Bhagaban Govt School, Brahmanara, Cumilla. After that, he had worked with top telecommunication companies (Grameenphone, Banglalink & Robi) of Bangladesh. Mr. Atiq has more than 14 years’ experience in diversified areas like Engineering, Trading, Sales & Marketing, QC and R&D.
The best thing about Mr. Atiq is that he knows his domain of work very well. His expertise, in-depth understanding on his domain always keeps him confident about himself. It’s the ultimate source of power that inspired him to start a business of his own, leaving big salaried job of multinational companies. His unconditional humility pulls people closer to him.

Jahangir Hossain Munna has been serving as an Assistant General Manager at Muspana for over seven years, bringing a total of 19+ years of professional experience in project management and technical execution. A graduate of the University of Dhaka, Mr. Munna is known for his strategic vision, resource management expertise, and ability to deliver complex engineering projects with precision and excellence.
Throughout his career, Mr. Munna has held key roles in esteemed organizations such as Energypac Electronics Ltd., Bestway Group and Great Walls Land Properties. These experiences have equipped him with valuable skills in strategic planning, resource optimization, and technical execution, which he continues to bring to his role at Muspana.
As a key leader at Muspana, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to provide innovative and high-quality engineering solutions. Known for his expertise and modesty, Mr. Munna is a driving force behind the company’s continued growth and excellence in the engineering industry. His commitment to excellence, diligence, and collaborative approach continues to inspire his team and contribute significantly to the organization’s success.
Md. Mehedi Hasan Rony is a visionary leader and a key driving force behind Muspana’s growth in the street lighting and pole manufacturing sectors. With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, he began his journey working with electrical goods before expanding into subcontracting for major electrical projects, including street lighting.
As a Director at Muspana, Mr. Rony oversees all street light projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation. Additionally, he manages the company’s pole manufacturing plant, supervising the entire process—from production to sales, resource management to project execution. His strategic insights, operational expertise, and dedication to quality have significantly contributed to Muspana’s industry leadership.
With his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, Mr. Rony continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Muspana’s success, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Deputy Manager
Md. Ibrahim Hossain is a resolute and skilled professional with over seven years of experience in accounting and financial management. As the Deputy Manager and the Head of Accounts & Finance at Muspana, he specializes in financial statements, bank reconciliations, tax and VAT compliance, and LC-related tasks. With strong analytical abilities and exceptional leadership skills, he ensures the financial integrity of the organization while inspiring his team to achieve excellence.
Mr. Ibrahim holds an M.B.S. and a B.B.S. (Hons) in Accounting and has completed the Knowledge and Operational Levels (700 marks) of the CMA program under the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He gained experience in financial operations through his roles in renowned organizations such as Akij Motors, where he served as a Senior Executive in Accounts & Finance, and ALCO Pharmaceutical Ltd. in the role of Unit Accountant. His strong academic foundation and hands-on expertise support his strategic planning and financial acumen.
Proficient in modern accounting tools and software, including QuickBooks, Tally ERP, and customized ERP solutions, Mr. Ibrahim uses technology effectively to optimize financial processes and enhance team productivity. Known for his professionalism, diligence, and commitment, he is not only a key contributor to the financial stability of Filament but also a dedicated team leader who motivates and empowers his team to exceed organizational goals.
