Md. Mehedi Hasan Rony is a visionary leader and a key driving force behind Muspana’s growth in the street lighting and pole manufacturing sectors. With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, he began his journey working with electrical goods before expanding into subcontracting for major electrical projects, including street lighting.
As a Director at Muspana, Mr. Rony oversees all street light projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation. Additionally, he manages the company’s pole manufacturing plant, supervising the entire process—from production to sales, resource management to project execution. His strategic insights, operational expertise, and dedication to quality have significantly contributed to Muspana’s industry leadership.

Md. Ibrahim Hossain is a resolute and skilled professional with over seven years of experience in accounting and financial management. As the Deputy Manager and the Head of Accounts & Finance at Muspana, he specializes in financial statements, bank reconciliations, tax and VAT compliance, and LC-related tasks. With strong analytical abilities and exceptional leadership skills, he ensures the financial integrity of the organization while inspiring his team to achieve excellence.
Mr. Ibrahim holds an M.B.S. and a B.B.S. (Hons) in Accounting and has completed the Knowledge and Operational Levels (700 marks) of the CMA program under the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He gained experience in financial operations through his roles in renowned organizations such as Akij Motors, where he served as a Senior Executive in Accounts & Finance, and ALCO Pharmaceutical Ltd. in the role of Unit Accountant. His strong academic foundation and hands-on expertise support his strategic planning and financial acumen.
Proficient in modern accounting tools and software, including QuickBooks, Tally ERP, and customized ERP solutions, Mr. Ibrahim uses technology effectively to optimize financial processes and enhance team productivity. Known for his professionalism, diligence, and commitment, he is not only a key contributor to the financial stability of Filament but also a dedicated team leader who motivates and empowers his team to exceed organizational goals.
